It has recently come into force with regard to goods that pass through customs control in port areas, because of the high rates of charges imposed for making customs clearance and inspection at port operations, and differences between ports.
The preparation of the Circular dated 5/12/2014 and numbered 2014-29 and, as a general rule, sending it to the port area enterprises led to the determination of the maximum amount of fees to be collected for the services ready for customs control.
